The varieties are mainly intended for pots, containers, but also for the garden beds, they can also be used as a garnish for dishes such as salads, but the taste of the leaves is bitter.

The Pigeon F1 series varieties are mainly intended for sale in containers, then for planting in flower pots and also for flower beds, plants are low, compact, rosette is of a round shape with slightly curled leaves. Sale in VIII – X. Excessive fertilizer doses and high temperatures adversely affect the coloring of rosettes.

The Peacock F1 series creates a bigger rosette on a medium-long, rigid stem, the leaves are saw-cut. Plants are more resistant to low temperatures (short-term also below freezing point). It is suitable for containers and for flower beds planting.
