You give Černý Seed s.r.o. this consent to processing of your personal data for the purposes of sending commercial messages (marketing offers) and for performance of other marketing activities towards yourself. 1. IDENTITY AND CONTACT DETAILS FOR THE CONTROLLER

The controller of your personal data is the trading company Černý Seed s.r.o., with registered office at Husova 139, 55101 Jaroměř, identification number: 04431049, entered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Hradec Králové, Section C, File 35823 (hereinafter referred to only as the “Controller”).

1.3. The Controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer.

2. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

2.1. The legal basis for processing of your personal data is your consent given hereby to the Controller within the meaning of art. 6 para. 1 (a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to only as the “Regulation”).

3. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

3.1. The purpose of processing your personal data is sending of commercial messages and performance of other marketing activities by the Controller towards you.

3.2. The Controller does not perform any automatic individual decision-making within the meaning of art. 22 of the Regulation.

4. PERIOD OF STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

4.1. The period over which your personal data will be stored by the Controller is 5 years from receipt of an order and granting of consent to processing of personal data, no longer however than until withdrawal of your consent to processing of personal data (for this purpose of processing).

5. OTHER RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

5.1. Other recipients of your personal data will be parties providing transportation services for goods or transportation services ensuring deliveries of informational and promotional materials for the Controller.

5.2. The Controller does not intend to pass on your personal data to third countries (to countries outside the EU) or international organisations.

6. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

6.1. Subject to the conditions determined in the Regulation, you are entitled to request of the Controller access to your personal data, correction or deletion of your personal data or restriction of its processing, to object to processing of your personal data and you are also entitled to portability of your personal data.

6.2. You are entitled at any time to withdraw your consent to processing of your personal data by the given Controller. This shall not however affect the legality of processing your personal data before such withdrawal of consent. You may withdraw your consent to processing of personal data in the following manner: in writing by means of registered letter sent to the registered office address of the personal data Controller or electronically to the following e-mail address: ingvodova@cernyseed.cz

6.3. If you believe that processing of your personal data has led to breach or is leading to breach of the Regulation, you are, among other things, entitled to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority, this being the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).

6.4. You are not obliged to provide personal data. Provision of your personal data is not a legal or contractual requirement, nor it is a requirement which is necessary for conclusion of a contract.

6.5. You are at any time entitled to object to processing of your personal data for the purposes of direct marketing, including profiling if profiling relates to this direct marketing. If you object to processing of your personal data for the purposes of direct marketing, your personal data will no longer be further processed for these purposes.
