When working with personal data, we proceed under Act no. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data. To deliver your order directly to you, or to communicate with you, we need to know some personal data (name, address, phone, e-mail). If you are a company and you require an invoice for the purchased goods, then need additional information (company name, tax ID, account number). By providing any personal information in e-shop, you declare your understanding you agree with collecting, using and transfer of personal data.

Providing your personal data is voluntary, the customer has the right to access, to correct and any other legal rights to the data. Seller agrees to protect those personal data provided by the customer. These data will be used only for the needs of the seller and will be treated in accordance with Act no. 101/2000 Coll.

We store this data in the database, so that the next purchase you no longer need to fill in the registration form again - just enter your user name and password. This data is considered strictly confidential and never given to any third party. The only exception is the DPD courier service getting your shipping address. Your data can be corrected or removed from the database at any time on your request.

When operating your personal data, we thoroughly care, to prevent leakage or misuse.

INFORMATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE 45 OF REGULATION (EU) 2016/2031 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND THE COUNCIL

Dear customers,

In accordance with Article 45 of Regulation (EU) 2016/2031 of the European Parliament and the Council on protective measures against pests of plants, we inform you about:

- bans on the import of certain plants, plant products and other objects into the EU and into certain protected zones defined in the territory of the EU (Annex VI to Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/2072; Annex IX to Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/2072);

- special and equivalent requirements that certain plants, plant products and other objects must meet when importing into the EU or moving in that territory and when importing into certain protected zones defined in the EU and moving in these zones (Annex VII to the Implementing Commission Regulation (EU) 2019/2072; Annex VIII to Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/2072);

- high-risk plants, plant products or other objects (Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/2019);

- exemptions from the requirement for a phytosanitary certificate for small quantities of certain plants, with the exception of plants intended for cultivation and plant products and other objects from third countries which are imported into the EU as part of passengers' personal luggage and are not intended for professional or commercial purposes (Article 7 of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/2122).

Notice on restrictions on the marketing of seeds treated with Captan 80 WG

Based on the decision of the European Union and the subsequent Regulation of the Central Institute for Supervising and Testing in Agriculture (ÚKZÚZ) concerning the plant protection product Captan 80 WG (registration number 4750-0), we hereby inform you of a change in the conditions for placing treated seeds into circulation.

Newly applicable restrictions

Seeds treated with Captan 80 WG must not be placed in circulation if they are intended for outdoor sowing.

Permitted use

Treated seeds may only be used for pre-cultivation of seedlings:

•    in covered areas,

•    in glasshouses,

•    in containers with substrate

This restriction is fully in accordance with the extension of authorizations for minor uses under Article No.51 of Regulation (EC) No. 1107/2009 and the specifications set out in the ÚKZÚZ regulation.

Subsequent planting

After pre-cultivation, there are no restrictions on planting seedlings grown in this way in open soil – planting is therefore still permitted without further restrictions.
