Caryophyllaceae, biennial for cutting, seedlings sale in VII-IX, sowing 3 g per 1,000 plants, period V-VII, germination 7-14 days at 15°C, germination requires light, also direct sowing possible, plant picking after 4 weeks into 6-8 cm flower pots, 10-15°C, a cool period of 6-9 weeks at 5°C is necessary for inducing the development of inflorescence (plants must have at least 8 pairs of leaves), cultivation period for seedling production is 8-12 weeks.
