Gomphrena is an annual for drying from the family Amaranthaceae, some compact varieties are also grown as pot plants, seedling sale V-VI, sowing 10 g per 1000 plants for G. globosa , 15 g for G. haageana, III-V, germination 14 days at 18 °C, cultivation time III-V, 10-12 °C, cultivation time for seedling production 8-12 weeks.

Gomphrena pulchella is an excellent filler flower for mixed bouquets, both fresh and dry. For seedling sales V-VI sown in III-V, 1500 seeds per 1000 plants, sowing covered with vermiculite, germinates 10-14 days at 20-24 °C, transplanting III-V, 18-20 °C, cultivation time for seedling production 8-11 weeks, harvest flowers from plants planted in the bed in 14-16 weeks.
